Shipping Time Frames:
Q3: What is the estimated shipping time for HD lace frontal virgin hair wigs?
A: Hi-Def Femme Hair Wigs are custom made by hand by machine. Please allow 7 business day processing time before shipping. Times may vary with custom color units. All other products ship out in 2 - 3 business days.
Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Standard Domestic shipping within the US: 2-3 business days after your order is shipped out
International shipping: 5-7 business days
Any order placed after 5pm (EST) we will start processing the following business day.
Business days: M-F (10am-5pm)
All packages are delivered via USPS (M-F) and require a signature confirmation
For holidays please order early to prevent delays.
We do NOT ship on Saturdays/Sundays ANY Items Purchased After 5pm (EST) on Friday Will Process On the Next Business Day (The Following Monday).
